LUNA CHARM

Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

These Terms of Use apply to Luna Charm, a game developed under the VoxelOath brand. This revision describes the 1.3.17 release. Questions may be sent to info@voxeloath.com.

1. Using the game

You may use Luna Charm for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms, applicable law and the rules of the store from which you obtained it. No VoxelOath player account is required. These terms do not change any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.

2. Game content and software

The game, its code, artwork, music and other content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights belonging to their respective owners. You may not redistribute or sell copies of the game or its assets without the relevant permission. Any rights or exceptions granted to you by law remain unaffected.

3. Progress and local storage

Progress, settings, lives and boosters are stored locally so you can continue playing. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the game, losing a device or changing devices may remove progress. Device backup and transfer services depend on your own settings and their providers. VoxelOath does not operate a player account or cloud-save service for this release.

4. Advertising and purchases

Advertising and in-app purchases are disabled in this release. It does not start a paid subscription or charge you through a purchase feature. Visible advertising or purchase controls do not activate these services. Network, mobile data or other fees charged by your own providers are governed by your agreements with them.

If a later release introduces purchases, subscriptions or advertising, the applicable information, prices and choices will be shown before you use those features. The current notice is not agreement to an unannounced future charge or personalised advertising.

5. Privacy and external services

The Privacy Policy explains local game records, optional reminders, support correspondence and external services. Privacy and terms links open in your external browser. Store, browser, email and backup services are governed by their providers' applicable terms and privacy policies.

6. Updates and support

We may release updates to fix issues or change the game. Availability and compatibility depend on the supported device and platform. If you need help, email info@voxeloath.com with the game version and a description of the problem. Do not include information that is unnecessary for the request.

We aim to provide a working game and useful support, but cannot promise that every device or session will be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the game. The date above identifies this revision. Material changes will be communicated where required before they apply.
