LUNA CHARM

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VoxelOath handles information in connection with Luna Charm. It applies to the Android privacy update, version 1.3.17. For privacy questions or requests, contact info@voxeloath.com.

1. Our approach to your information

Luna Charm does not require a player account. This release does not send your game progress, preferences or notification records to VoxelOath or an analytics service. It does not run advertising, personalised advertising, analytics or in-app purchase services. We do not sell your personal information or use your game activity to build advertising profiles.

The game works locally on your device. Opening a policy link in your browser, choosing to email us, using Google Play, and using your device's backup services involve separate services, described below.

2. Information stored on your device

The game stores unlocked levels, stars and scores, the current game session, lives, boosters, tutorial progress, language and sound preferences, and the version, language and date of your acknowledgement of the in-game notice. These records allow the game to save your progress and remember your choices. They are not uploaded by Luna Charm.

You can erase these records by clearing Luna Charm's storage in Android's app settings. This resets your local game progress. Uninstalling the game normally removes its local app data. Backup copies, if any, are managed separately through your device or backup provider.

3. Optional local reminders

If you enable reminders and grant the permission required by Android, Luna Charm schedules notifications on your device. It stores the reminder preference, language and scheduling information locally. These reminders do not use a remote push server or send notification records to VoxelOath.

You can disable Luna Charm notifications in Android settings. Quiet hours and frequency limits apply to scheduled reminders.

4. Advertising, purchases and included software

Advertising and in-app purchases are disabled in this release. Luna Charm does not request ads, open advertising consent forms, initiate purchases or send purchase validation requests. Ad or purchase controls that are visible in the game do not activate those services.

The game is built with Unity and includes Google Mobile Ads and Unity In-App Purchasing software for possible future features. Those features remain disabled. This Android release does not have permission to open network connections from the game and does not request advertising ID or Android advertising-services permissions.

Enabling advertising, purchases or online services in a future release will require an update to the game and to this policy, together with any notices or consent required for the new behaviour. Acknowledging the current in-game notice does not provide consent to future advertising or data collection.

5. Information you choose to send for support

If you email info@voxeloath.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or details you choose to include. We use them to answer your request, investigate an issue and manage the related correspondence. Luna Charm does not automatically attach game records, identifiers or diagnostic logs to a support message.

Our email provider processes and stores these messages to provide the email service. Please include only information relevant to your request. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and any applicable legal obligations or dispute. We do not use support messages for advertising.

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have sent us by contacting the same address. We may need information sufficient to verify the request. If a parent or guardian believes a child has sent personal information to us, they may contact us to request its review or deletion.

6. External websites, Google Play and device backups

Privacy and terms links open in your external browser. Visiting the VoxelOath website sends the ordinary connection information needed to deliver a web page, such as an IP address and browser request details, to the hosting service. Game progress and game records are not attached to these links. We have not added advertising pixels or analytics scripts to these policy pages.

Google Play and Android may process information for their own distribution, security, payment or device services under the Google Privacy Policy. Depending on your settings, Android or your device manufacturer may back up app data or transfer it to another device. VoxelOath does not receive these backups. Their retention and deletion are controlled by the relevant service; clearing local app data does not necessarily delete backup copies.

7. Security and your choices

Local game records use the app's storage area and the access controls provided by Android. Access to support correspondence is limited to handling the request and the purposes described above. No digital storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can manage notifications in Android settings, clear local app data, manage backups with your provider, and contact us about information you have supplied for support. There is no VoxelOath player account to delete in this release.

8. Changes and contact

We update this policy when the game's information practices change. The date above identifies this revision. Where required, changes are also explained in the game before a new data use begins.
